This company is based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire which is such a lovely area with loads of local shops and variety of Restaurants and shopping centre. I have joined this company few years back. It has been an amazing journey till now. The directors are really incredibly helpful and always motivate the staff to do well and improve the skills. The office environment is very friendly. The employees are always appreciated for their hard work of site as well as onsite. It also provides great benefits and salary appraisals. It follows the proper procedure of hiring the employee by going through few rounds of the interviews to select the best candidate. Staff gets the chance to work on various types of projects with different high profile clients and learn new skills. Awards are given to the staff for their amazing performances on the projects. Salary is quite good. There is a great scope of progressing within the company. Staff is often send to attend training courses to gain more exposure to various methodologies and software tools. There are social events to attend many times a year. I love this company and want to be here forever till I retire.

Train gets delayed sometimes but not too often now. The office is just one minute away from the train station and extremely convenient for travelling every day. It comes under Zone 6 of London which saves a lot of money. Also, the new trains have been launched by Thameslink which comes on time now.

The directors are great to work for and they recruit employees who fit the culture of the business. e-testing has a lot of talented people and if you show the right attitude you will earn rewarding opportunities and exposure to some enjoyable projects. The head office is based in a quieter, yet accessible part of London and there are lots of local shops and cafes if you want to get out of the office at lunch etc. Parking is available on site which is rare for London and the transport links are brilliant. Ultimately it is an SME business with big ambitions, yet retains a friendly, employee focused atmosphere.

Occasionally the train network can be running behind schedule but this is universal for businesses in the area.
