Ar first, you felt you belonged to a family, but that changed very quickly.

Poor management team. No direction or focus. They have no problems laying off/firing people. For example, we had a birthday celebration with coffee and cake, afterwards a number of us were directed to the multi-purpose room and they told us we were fired.
