Some of the technical staff are good people and great to work with

CEO likes to bully and shout at people, publicly rebuke employees for the smallest of mistakes and insult them. You will be constantly threatened of being fired (“I don’t want to put you in harm’s way”, “I don’t want to put you at risk here” are terms you will hear everyday from the leadership team) In spite of working very hard, you will be made to constantly worry if the next 1:1 will be your last working day. Job security is non-existent unless you’re part of the “First Family”. The exclusive group of 5/6 employees who have been here for ever and socialise with the leadership team. They have lunches, dinners together and dog sit each other every day. Leadership will never forget to remind you that you draw a salary (“Everyone in this meeting is paid far too highly to do X”, “You’re paid way too much to do Y”) So in summary: Bullying, harassment, insult, mental agony, nepotism. Take your pick

Seeing some positive change and attitude. Innovation is getting some of my coworkers and me excited. Everyone really busy and that seems good too.

Hard to get onto some of the innovation things when I’m stuck at the same client. I am hoping to get onto some of the AI work projects.
