No upward mobility unless staffed in the DC-DMV area. Employment with the company is only contingent upon having a position on a government contract. You will always just feel like hired help. There is no way to promote or receive raises internally but you are expected to go above and beyond. Outdated PTO structure. No incentives, rewards or bonuses. No severance package for long term employees. Paid for insurance for the month and was just cut off with 2 small children.
