You can't beat the benefits. I left PMI with mixed emotions. I worked with many good, hard-working people who became my friends.

Management creates a culture of fear through politics, favoritism and inconsistency in performance expectations. Supervisors are way more worried about what their boss will think than doing the right thing. As others have said, lots of firing; many for unjust reasons. Going to HR is worthless. Stakeholders are not treated fairly. Each service center and PMI department make their own exceptions to rules and PMI policies. Lack of communication between departments is inexcusable.
