Pros

There are some good opportunities to learn

Kontras

Feedback shared on other reviews on Glassdoor reinforces concerns about the culture and conduct of certain leaders, including reports that Menaka Gopinath, CMO frequently exhibits domineering and intimidating behavior toward colleagues. This, combined with a predominance of leaders who appear to rely on outdated perspectives and practices, lack of psychological safety creates an environment that feels out of touch with the realities of a modern, high-performing organization. The broader tendency of the executive team to preserve the status quo rather than pursue meaningful change, is particularly troubling from a governance and execution standpoint. Against this backdrop, it feels especially incongruous for Pierre to be publicly positioning himself as an authority on building strong executive teams, including through thought-leadership content and videos on effective C-level leadership. When the leaders reporting to him display such limited alignment, questionable behavior, and resistance to change, it significantly undermines the credibility of those messages and raises legitimate questions about the strength of leadership at the very top of the organization.

Pros

Great company, great leadership, very clear strategy and a very passionate community.

Kontras

Not many cons, maybe disorganized sometimes. Too many internal meetings.

Pros

Remote work, but that is really it.

Kontras

Compensation used to be competitive, but workload, expectations and initiatives have increased, Everyone is being asked to do more, and work harder with the same resources with no consideration for fair pay. Senior leaders are well aware of how they are perceived, but choose to do nothing, or simply say they are working on fixing things, with no tangible efforts seen. Our CEO is running the reputation, culture, and company into the ground for the sake of revenue. Him and his executive team are known bullies, and even though this has been complained about by so many of us, even to HR, nothing is ever done about it. We NEED board intervention. Just take a look at PMI's ratings. Even with the reviews obviously crafted and directed by internal leaders to try and suppress negative reviews. I will also add that career growth is non-existent, and the determined best fix for these concerns was training telling employees its their problem to figure out. Really makes us feel valued.
