Upper Management has poor judgment in whom they promote in leadership roles. No cultural structure, even though they claim to have one. Signature projects are given to managers who are favored by leaders, not based on experience or desire to grow. Performance reviews are brutal and not really focused on constructive criticism, instead it's more of a drilling session. Lack of professional support and focused on micromanagement tactics and very intimidating management style. Not matter how great you are at your job, this place will not be grateful as the new emerging leaders lack the experience and mentorship to build people up. Sexually explicit conversations are tolerated and no disciplinary action is given. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
