You can do so much and take risks to develop skills. If you are young, a lot of people in the company are too, so there is a youth culture. As a consultant, you can see a variety of different projects in a short span.
Kontras
Leadership is highly variable and sometimes inexperienced. Burnout and turnover are more common than reasonable, but leadership is not looking to grind workers down. Pay is frankly low for the amount of hours that are put in. This is the trade of not needing to be super experienced in your field when working for Project Farma.
