Pros
The pay and benefits are good. Most of us are current/retired military so we already insurance. They provide a free no they lunch at your worksite if you don't work at the company HQ. Rick (the CEO) is nice.
Kontras
Management is secretive and undermining at times. They act like they're on your side then you'll get a passive aggressive memo/email/call about the issue later. There is no room for advancement or transition. Once you pick a job, you stay there. Don't ever tick off the VP because he will literally verbally assault you and threaten your employment. (Didn't happen to me but I listened to him berate colleagues) They follow the whims of the Client (like many government contractors) but it can be at their detriment. If Client throws a tantrum, company passes that misfortune onto you.
