Pros
Positive environment and everyone is very helpful. Covid makes it a bit difficult to meet people in person but nothing that Zoom can't fix. Leadership values the current culture environment and tries to bring in only the best in the market that fits both the role they are applying for and the culture. It is a young company with a brilliant future as it is dealing with new technology. We are all learning together, on a way or another. My direct manager is great and honest (which I personally appreciate). Helps guide where we have to go without being pushy or micro-manager.
Kontras
Since most of the team members have been with the company for about 6 months or less, we are still in the forming phase. This brings few communication challenges but people are starting to realize where they are and are working to fix it.
