I loved the manager, a good manager is everything. The doctors also are very friendly and easy to get access to for any questions. I would recommend an outpatient for a new MRI tech, it can be a sink or swim situation but if you learn fast , you learn a lot because its so busy . If you can handle working in a fast paced out patient , you can work just about anywhere.

Patients in the location i worked in were very very rude, It was a 50/50, you never know when the next patient will come in with crazy demands. Accusing you sometimes of taking their belongings and really just being condescending.

Management has a lot of experience and there is a lot to learn. Great communication and great team. Great benefits too

There is not many opportunities for going up the ladder
