The company went from private to public, hired executive non-RTO individuals and/or shifted employees into positions who clearly dont understand the in-depth game of RTO and focused main concerns on reducing bonuses etc. focusing on investors, cuts and other things when the soldiers of the entire operation is the RTO door knockers and thus the downfall begins. This company has awesome HUB upper management, and CEO but others failed to realize that this company is simply an RTO on steroids, and anybody knows who spent 10,15,20 years behind a counter managing them understands that you're only as strong as the individuals who collect. Numbers come directly from that i.e. calls and door knocks. Once you began to exclude and not prioritize those soldiers pay you will definitely fail over time. Those people can't be easily replaced once their gone because RTO professionals go to the highest bidder, they travel. Regional and store managers are to this day struggling to get really good soldiers back in their stores. To prove it just call a few RTO stores and ask if they need an experience RTO professional. Constant changes to reduce bonuses and I believe it's because of going from private to public (gotta lace the pockets of others now). Increasing the number of daily contacts forcing the CAR to choose quantity over quality. We call it running credit. You can get tired of driving over the course of a full week. To upper mgmnt an extra 5 stops per day is nothing to them however you add that up over time and it can be grueling. Have you ever drove 4-6hrs all day and did it again the next day, well try all week. The real backbone is these type of people. Lastly Bonus reduction based on nothing illegal. Certain words or the lack thereof can get an entire check taken away from you. I unwillingly navigated that and trust me no,one liked it I spoke to. Its seemingly another way to take your hard-earned money and give it to someone else (Probably that investor).
