Very high turnover from jr devs to executives. Limited long-term planning. Complete lack of cross-team/project coordination with conflicting priorities. Lots of contract teams being hired to skip the rules that employees have to follow for development, but employees have to jump through major hoops for basic tasks such as manual time tracking, access to standard OS tools on computers and basic requests to system access.
