Awful management, plays favorites when picking supervisor and have very poor knowledge of there jobs. There attendance policy is horrible I would not recommend them ever to anybody. There morals of work and seeing if you can work overtime for food is not a healthy alternative. Specialty should get paid extra instead they ask those poor agents to work and never pay them anything except less calls however they are forced to take customer service calls with us. Overall I wouldn't recommend unless there management changes. If your a manager you should know your job not shove it off to other agents. Communication is very poor and getting help from IT is a fight, they never want to help except fight you for assistance. There is nooooo progress to go to another career unless you know someone and even then it's poor communication. Recommend this job and the person left seeing poor management before I can
