The pay is amazing and you have many opportunities to pick your schedule.
Kontras
The customers are insanely rude and nothing is done to help reduce that. Progressive constantly raises prices yet gives their employees very little information to explain why to the customer. Calls can only be escalated to a higher up if the customer asks (and they don’t always ask even when it’s extremely necessary) and the metrics they expect you to meet are unfair and result in the CSR having to become a sales rep/harass customers. I’ve never had a job ruin my mental health quicker.
