Very high stress roll. You will be severely overworked and extremely underpaid. The expectation for performance is unrealistic. Turnover is very high for a reason. I’ve been through several managers in my first year. People quit and you might get moved around to a new team with a new manager. There has been a recent freeze on lateral moves for certain rolls due to strained they are experiencing with high turnover. If you accept a role here immediately start looking for another job.
