They select you with a bad salary and cunning HRs. Communication and transparency is not at all there. Notice period 3 months .. Pathetic leave policy . only 1 leave in a month and not a single leave in probation. No sick provisions, No emergency consideration for employee. Manager will make you work extra but no value and credibility. Also, they ask for 1.5 times of your monthly salary as security . Insecure company. No allowances , No conveyances from your night shifts.
