No career progression and growth Unattainable targets set by head office If you're not in EMEA or US regions you get less than 5% of the perks. No clear strategy in the APJ region, we have to define it ourselves instead of management. Small office, no one talks, mostly all conversations are done over communicator. Low staff morale in my office due to the unattainable targets. No one knows who Progress are. Lack of rebranding Legacy products.
