Good poilicies (on on paper now) Good Colleagues (but are under pressure) Scope to learn and improve (not appriciated if its not aligned with the managment).

Kontras

Unsure what long term goals are. There are a lot of layoffs and RIFs in a short time frame and will likely worsen. Slow and late to market innovation. Growth only through acquisition. Lacks transparency from upper management to the average employee. Local managers are puppets. Technology thats old and hard to sell. Relies on old legacy customers and not many new intrisic labels added. Loyalty is not rewarded. Selective recognition of hardwork (until you are the managers favorite)
