I have never seen an organisation that shows so little care towards employee wellbeing - The QLD PFM General Manager lacks any interpersonal or communication skills. Does not show any care towards employees unless they are in his management clique or are crucial to winning business - The organisation has become completely bottom line focused. There are no HR or culture initiatives and middle management are stretched so thin they have zero time to focus on their team - No values other than safety
