Their management and self claimed Co-founder Faisal Paracha is a fraud person. He is not running any company instead he is a scamster fooling big companies and looting them in middle east who is his clients luckily. He has no work sense and lacking professional behaviour and basic sense of working. He can remove any resource anytime without paying them just like cheap fraud companies do. Also he brags a lot about himself while in real he is nothing and just marely a bragger. Won't recommend anyone to join this company. Think 1000 times before you put your career on stake.

ProgNeo is the best company I have ever worked for. It's been more than 2 years and I am very happy with the culture, employee relations and policies. Most recommended employer.

Not really but we are sad that company is going to pause it's business in Pakistan for sometime. So that is why I am actively looking for a new job.
