Good, learning experience - Ops Analyst bei ProfitLine: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I had the pleasure of working at ProfitLine for 7 years, and my experience was very positive. The company offered excellent opportunities for professional growth, allowing me to learn new accounting software, finance apps, and learn in more details about different accounting practices across various types of businesses. On a personal level, I really appreciated the support I received from the leadership and Dianna personally. They were incredibly understanding and flexible when I needed to take time off due to health issues and for other situations when life just happens. It’s not often that you find a company that genuinely cares about your well-being in addition to your professional contributions, but this company did just that. The combination of career growth opportunities and a supportive work environment made it easy for me to stay for 7 years.

I don't see any cons.

The pay was decent and had good benefits, such as 10 paid holidays, sick days, etc. The work environment was comfortable, adequate breaks and decent work hours.

Worst managers I've ever encountered in regards to people skills. Treated nearly like their property and very high turnover (with absolutely no notice whatsoever). They walk up to your desk and tell you to follow them and you know you're getting the ax. There is nothing uplifting about this place. Everyone hates their job and makes sure you know about it within your first week of employment. Everyone always seems stressed out, especially management is put under ridiculous pressure.
