Bullying by management and no real recourse to take. Incomplete training. Absent supervisor and then micro management to follow. No incentive to stay and move up. Pay is not up to market for the experience brought to the company. Underutilized staff. Some supervisors are in meetings most of the day, every day and not able to supervise their team. Micromanagement is not the quick fix for not being a supervisor every day.
