Product is always broken, I mean always broken. Your role will be dealing with broken problems that you can't fix on a daily basis and that's it. If you are ok with this fine, but this will be the role. Terrible culture and no leadership - worst boss in the history of bosses High turnover Lawsuits after lawsuits Leadership bashes students – you can google this Lack of goals and then firing of employees for not hitting goals that don’t exist (lots of firings) Unfilled promises on compensation – get any promises in writing/signed or it will not happen Don’t take my word for it, reach out to former employees on Linkedin.
