fantastic, lovely people and a very sociable, healthy work-life balance. Procorre is in a fantastic location with an acceptable office-space. I thoroughly enjoy the team-based work and had the opportunity to make some really great friends during my short time there.

There is absolutely no career progression, basic package is far below market-rates, the management style is appalling, toxic and heavily biased towards those who got in at the right time c.10 years ago when the tax-avoidance business was booming. Much of middle management are there by virtue of time-served, not by productivity nor value-add. Much of senior management are even worse. They are the most ethically-compromised company I have ever worked for (it's a tax-avoidance structure!) who pay little to no heed to the quality of the staff they watch leave in frustration.
