In my experience, the company can lack clear structure, with frequent micromanagement and limited communication around process updates affecting multiple departments. This can create a culture that feels focused on assigning blame. Even minor errors may be addressed publicly on team calls, which can feel uncomfortable and unsupportive. Overall, the culture feels unfriendly and overly critical, with what appears to be high turnover across several departments.

Pros

Procom offers a lot of autonomy as long as you’re performing, which makes a big difference in day-to-day job satisfaction. There are also opportunities to get involved in projects outside your core role if you’re proactive. The company is clearly investing in the future—there’s a strong push toward AI adoption and a willingness to spend on technology to stay competitive. The people are genuinely great to work with, and the environment feels stable even while the company continues to grow. New leadership has brought a fresh, energetic perspective that’s exciting to see.
