Please guys don't join this company for technical position in this company, They will ask you to write a bond for 2years. They will not give you any kind of promotion and leaves. if you join for technical support even you need to work as watchman for the company. you need to open office sometimes you need to close the office as well. Manager will never leave anyone to grow in the company. if there is an opportunity also, he will not promote you, and he ll not give confirmation till one year, if you personally ask for confirmation directly he will terminate you. Never imagine about salary and appraisal in this company.
