      I have been working for this company for 3 years, I learnt many things and also improved my skills a lot, 1. Interacting with customers it will use full more to improve the communication skills 2. We can easily balance our personal life and freedom at works place 3. management will encourage to learn the New advanced technologies and apply here 4. employee reorganization also there by conducting the Star of the Quarter, Extra Mile Award and etc,… it will help to boost the employees at working place 5. based on our seniority will get onsite opportunity also

      Flexible hours - as long as work is done and no customer escalation, everything is ok Friday lunch

Everybody report to CEO so no visibility of work during appraisal time which only every 3 years or need to ask basis No 401K or any other employee benefits, not even health No HR department or any policies for example requesting holiday ProcessWeaver IT Academy in India gets all investment compared to US office for product or self development Low employee moral so a negative complaining atmosphere
