I've been working at Procentia as a Consultant ( read software developer) for about 2 years now. The company has grown quite a bit since I've started working here and it's been great seeing the progression. Some key points: 1. Small company where your contributions show real results. 2. Great management, awesome coworkers, and really laid back atmosphere. 3. Management is really open to advice and ideas and has an open door policy in regards to everything.
