Pros

Kontras

Request you to come into office x amount of days (this is dependent on your role) Have to carry old roles with you as you grow/as people leave

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your thoughtful comments! Regarding the hybrid structure, we aim to balance flexibility with collaboration by maintaining a company standard of one in-office day per week, while allowing managers discretion based on role responsibilities and team needs. We believe this approach is fair and helps support both individual productivity and team connection. We also recognize your feedback around evolving roles as the company grows. As with many growing organizations, responsibilities can shift, and we are continually working to ensure workloads remain reasonable while providing opportunities for development and advancement. We appreciate your input, as feedback like this helps us reflect and improve as we continue to grow!

Pros

Collaboration. No one is in competition with their own coworkers. There's no drama, backstabbing, scapegoating, and all the other toxic behaviors I've seen at other companies.

Kontras

None! I love this place.

Pros

-Strong culture among in-office employees — the team genuinely cares about each other and the work - An excellent place to start your career; the culture is supportive and you'll learn a lot from tenured employees who are generous with their time and knowledge - Smaller company size (~140 employees) means you're not just a number and your contributions are visible/can make a real impact. - The company has real staying power — 25 years in business speaks to a stable product and loyal customer base

Kontras

- Culture has noticeably diluted as the company has scaled remote hiring; the in-office experience and the remote experience feel like two different companies - For a 25-year-old company, too many startup-era processes are still in place that should have been professionalized long ago - Core values are stated but not consistently lived — especially at the leadership level, where gatekeeping is common - Compensation is below market for most roles; unless you're in sales or have been here long enough to have negotiated up over time, you're likely underpaid relative to industry benchmarks
