Great flexibility but location dependent - Customer Service Specialist bei Probe CX: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I loved working for Probe. I worked three different contracts in the space of a year. My favourite part was the flexibility to work from home and trade shifts with colleagues. I also had quite a supportive team despite never having met them in person. I learned about the various government departments I worked for, I was encouraged, and there was always something new to develop.
