They don't care about their staff. They foster a culture of bullying by line managers, which gets ignored when reported. There are no opportunities for advancement. The pay is well below what it should be. There is a lot of micromanagement. The culture is all about saving pennies at the expense of staff moral. No training or development opportunities are ever available.
