I've worked over 10 years in the localization industry and this is the first time I've felt connected, supported and have all the tools and resources to blow sales quota's out of the water. A company is only as strong as the weakest link. Most organizations have a weakness in production or operations. Protranslating is solid through it all, with tenured industry masters that produce incredible work. The culture is incredible, feels like an extended family and there are no toxic individuals which have plagued almost every other LSP I've worked for. They are truly an incredible organization. Great access and transparency with upper management and owners.

Lots of various systems and platforms for data entry. Because there is a heavy investment in proprietary systems and tools and still defining process, there are a lot of legacy and new systems that require double or even triple entry. Its more growing pains and Im sure it will resolve, but it is a negative especially for active sales people.
