8yWe are very sorry to hear about your experience at ProSphere. This is not the type of experience we would like for our employees. As a small company, we always strive to do better at communicating and connecting with our employees nationwide. We recently hired two new reputable leaders in roles that we expect to help us better manage our workforce and provide excellent service delivery to both our employees and our customers.
In addition, we try to find the best way to support our employees by providing opportunities for comradery and team building. Some examples of this would be our annual family picnics, our holiday parties/open houses, team dinners, and sports outings. Our goal is not to promote drinking but to provide avenues in a non-formal setting where employees can get to know each other and their managers.
