      Co-workers and supervisors are nice.

      The CEO is horrible or doesn't have a clue. HR leaders instantly threaten to fire and sue you. They wanted to win the Best of Idaho and put pressure on all of us. I said no, and I was told that I had to give a positive review or I would be fired. Most of us are poor and can’t afford to lose our jobs. No way all the positive reviews are real, cause if it “the most awesomest place to work”, then why aren’t they still with the company?

      Pros

      Overall, PS has a positive, upbeat environment with friendly, optimistic people. The pay is good and the dental & vision benefits are great. From the CEO to the seasonal agent, these people project the enthusiasm consistent with the ProService culture and core values. Improvement is rewarded; most goals (example: AHT, QM) are attainable and specific.

      The medical insurance has a very high yearly deductible; for example, I am still paying for the non-covered portion of a 2015 medical bill. There are pockets of people who are "clique-y" as well as a small portion of full-time and seasonal employees who cannot seem to embrace the optimistic culture. These groups tend to gossip and exclude "outsiders" (new employees and people from other departments, for example)
