The product had a lot of potential but bad leadership and terrible execution killed it. Some team members were amazing to work with.

Leadership... Very cliquey and fake group of friends and family members. For the most part inexperienced at what they do. Not even proper management experience to lift the teams up. We had so much pressure on the sales team to deliver when the product or pricing were just not competitive enough. No guidance on how to do our job. They lied to the entire company pretending that the shares would be worth something. They pushed some employees to invest in the company promising a quick positive return. Those who did invest, lost everything. They lied to new employees about the situation. They ended up firing almost everyone and kept a very small team pretending things were still going in the right direction.

The company is rather volatile, with constant changes to direction and strategy with seemingly no logic applied to decision making from the top down. No proper departmental structure, no clearly defined processes, no standardised approach to anything, business decisions are seemingly made off-the-cuff with lack of thought or forward thinking. Very chaotic, blind leading the blind approach. False promises made at interview stage, which transpired to be bogus upon signing contract, very shady.
