Unbelievable Managerial Arrogance - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei ProAg: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The arrogance and incompetence of the so-called "leadership" is staggering. Most cover up for their lack of ability by bullying their underlings, and complaining to HR when those underlings (most of whom have years if not decades of experience) push back at all. "Do as I say, not as I do" at it's finest. Anyone with any independence or who dares to show the slightest initiative is harassed by the HR department, until they either quit (as did 30 or so over 4 years, in my department of ~110 people) or they get terminated for invalid reasons.
