They have lots of work.

They expect you to do it on OT (Own Time). Lots of unpaid overtime, travel on Saturday/Sunday. Benefits suck, 2 weeks PTO (Paid Time Off = vacation and sick time), and they claim that is the industry standard. Standard is 3 weeks to start. Lots of micromanagement and yelling.
