Nice environment: newly renovated office space. A lot of work place related social functions which can be fun.

Too much drama between groups. Everyone's in cliques and they don't tend to associate with others from outside their group. Maybe because many employees are family and related. Difficult to get promoted unless you fight for it.

Great people and general office is a great progressive layout

Very clicky and there are strong groups in the staff. Needs to be more diverse in make up of the staff and the senior engineering and project management.
