Not too many other than some cool people I worked with.

Run by idiots, poor communication, horrible upper management, pay doesn’t match amount of work expected, nepotism is really bad, pretty much a joke all around.

Perks: Occasional employee events, fun company swag, and a casual, down-to-earth culture.

Change can feel fast: With all the updates and new initiatives, it can be hard to keep up or feel totally clear on priorities. Communication gaps: Like many growing companies, some updates don’t always reach everyone in a timely or clear way. Limited remote options: Most roles are onsite, which makes flexibility more challenging for some employees.

Great place to learn and grow your potential learning the industry. Plant Managers are knowledgeable and hard working.

Kontras

Poor training, extra work and responsibilities is assumed and not rewarded, management will delegate work onto others. No growth opportunities or metrics.
