Management not fit to lead teams; seriously lacking interpersonal skills Managers have been unprofessional in handling conflict & stressful work situations Management problems are systemic across the company Most employees are unhappy but continue to stay because the work is rewarding Yearly performance reviews do not happen here; raises are few and far between Salaries are SEVERELY underpaid (even for non-profits, this is still a well-funded tech start-up) Despite the social justice corp mission, company is led by and favors educated white males Company has ambitious goals but lacks discipline to stay focused & timely with corp. goals

Pros

Flexible working arrangements, many people work remotely or can work remotely once a week if necessary. Also lots of PTO

Kontras

Toxic disorganization and lack of strategy and focus all the way up to executive leadership. People are extremely overworked and underpaid. Not a great working culture. Difficult to feel great about your work as you will stretched extremely thin with little support. In need of serious restructuring as almost no one does what their job title suggests and people are not being paid for the jobs they're really doing. Management is rude and has no interpersonal skills, also lacks cohesive vision.
