Can be a bit one dimensional

This is a great place to work. It feels good knowing that you are giving back to so many who have served our country. Employees are given lots of responsibility and are trusted to do there work. There is a lot of emphasis on teamwork because there is no other way to get all the work done.

The staff is small so there is not a lot of opportunity to grow inside the company. Because the organization is small sometimes unhappy employees can make things hard on everyone else.
