Some wrong decisions were made at some point of time that totally ruined the culture in the company, brought in high ego leaders that could start a tantrum when they did not like the estimates. It was barely impossible to thrive and do your best since priorities were wage and changing all the time. Luck of constant feedback, egocentric decision make with 1 decision that has to be respected and executed.
