They have a good gym membership program.

As a senior developer your code will be micromanaged down to the last line by different people with opposing view points. You will not be allowed to make any architectural/design decisions. You will be told to one thing by Manager A, then yelled at and disparaged for it in front of others by Manager B. When you inform Manager B that Manager A told you to do that, Manager A will often deny or walk back what they told you to do. Requirements are spotty to non-existent. You will be held accountable when you fail to guess what said requirements are. Management will threaten, bully, and play psychological games while talking about how they are "good guys that are on your side". Pay is not great and health care plan is terrible. If you are a good dev you will hate this place so look elsewhere.

Pros

I worked as a client of American Express at priority payment systems. The pros are great management we also got to work from home, everyone being a great team player and satisfy merchants.
