Early phase startup with incredible autonomy, lots of challenges for grabs and to own. Fully-remote yet great culture build as we go by amazing people #heytaco ftw! Transparency and open feedback as real core-values → never seen those taken to levels we have here.

Early phase startup also means a lot of work and grinding and establishing processes as we go → work/life balance is not fully there yet. One needs to have the correct mindset or experience in this kind of environment to keep up.
