After I passed the interview and was accepted, they told me to get a tourist visa (i am from Egypt), as it was easier to get a work permit once I'm in the country.
after my tourist visa expired, they told me "oops!, it is too expensive for us to get you a work permit, sorry!"
and I was let go there and then.
Not professional.
Also, the turn-over rate is very high.
