      The pay seems to be a little bit better than the average in the area

      Old outdated equipment, no money for parts, 3-2 schedule with 12 hour shifts but always seems to be scheduled on days off. Really bad management like bipolar super aggressive always angry but then your best friend. But with that said, I’ve worked for Prime Conduit at a different location and it was one of the best jobs I ever had just shows how much of a difference good management makes.

      Pros

      Insurance, plus no micromanaging from some managers

      Kontras

      No communications between higher ups and lower team. They do not value their employees especially their office people. Everything is treated as top secret even if affects your job. They have clicks and if you are not in it then you are left to yourself with very little communication with anyone else. So much favoritism.
