Pros

Great co-workers, ok incentives. If you enjoy travelling, this is a place to work. I enjoyed flexibility and phone support.

Kontras

No training at all, they throw you at the wolves which is a great way to learn for some, but customers don't know how trained you are and they expect the machine fixed. Management sucks, like literally worst management ever, especially CEO (arrogant, ignorant, etc). I loved this job, but I lost it due to lack of training. So many people quit or got fired during my time there.

Kontras

If you don't like to travel and stay away in hotels so this kind of job is not for you, the size of the country and the amount of customers we have spread around it can be other way! I cannot see this as a con because I do like to travel a meet new places and new people, but I know a lot of you will so just write down he my advice.

Pros

The people are amazing, the work is fun and fulfilling and you get to play with lasers, what's not to love.

Kontras

The process and workflow desperately needs a ground up refresh, so many things are layered on top of older ones that duplicate work is constant. I'm a salary employee and I have to fill out two different timecards every two weeks. Actual work related tasks are even more duplicated.
