Worst: no flexibility - fixed work hours (8.30am to 6pm), fixed lunch timing (either 12-1 or 1-2pm). If you’re eating at 12.30, your lunch ends at 1pm. No work from home, clock and clock out system. No tolerance for 5mins lateness. 2 months notice period for entry level. Very Chinese oriented. No proper planning and no orientation by HR at all.
