Working for a small company like PrimCorp provides for more visibility and flexibility. There is a high emphasis placed on culture and diversity. You are treated like a family member rather than a body on a contract. The compensation benefits are comparable to any large business.

Primcorp total treats employees like temp staff. No interaction with management, no monthly all hands meetings with all employees, no holiday parties, no bonuses, no promotions. Company gets upset if you send them emails, because emails confuse company management. I do not recommend working her.
